SMS Terms & Conditions

Deepvine AI is a product and service of Local Labs LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company based in Charlotte, North Carolina (“Deepvine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages we send to people who opt in to receive them, and they work alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

The short version

We only text you if you asked us to. Messages are things like demo and webinar reminders, replies to questions you send us, and service updates if you become a client. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, and consent is never a condition of purchase. We do not share your mobile information with anyone for their marketing.

SMS text messaging program

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Deepvine AI, you consent to receive recurring automated informational and marketing text messages from Deepvine AI (Local Labs LLC) at the phone number you provided. You opt in when you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms — for example, when booking a demo, registering for a webinar or live event, or requesting information about our services. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.

What to expect

When you opt in to our SMS program, you may receive messages including but not limited to:

• Demo booking confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices
• Webinar and live event registration confirmations and reminders
• Replies to questions you send us and follow-ups you request
• Onboarding, deployment, and service updates if you become a Deepvine client
• Occasional product updates, announcements, and offers

Message frequency varies. Most subscribers receive no more than 4 messages per month, though you may receive additional messages around a demo or event you registered for, such as a reminder sequence.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you would like to join again, sign up as you did the first time — for example, by booking a demo or registering for an event and checking the SMS consent box — and we will start sending messages to you again.

Carriers and message rates

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The number of messages you receive will vary depending on your interaction with our services.

Supported carriers include: AT&T, T‑Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Metro by T‑Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Google Fi, Xfinity Mobile, Spectrum Mobile, Visible, Mint Mobile, Consumer Cellular, and other major U.S. wireless carriers.

Privacy and data protection

When you opt in to our SMS program, we collect and store your phone number, along with your name and email address if provided, in order to deliver messages to you. Consistent with how we build everything at Deepvine, we collect the minimum information needed to run the program.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver messages through our messaging service providers or as required by law.

Data retention. We retain your SMS opt-in consent records, including the timestamp, source form, and IP address of your opt-in, for compliance purposes. These records are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized personnel.

Data security. We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

TCPA compliance

Deepvine AI complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable federal and state regulations governing text messaging. By opting in, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Deepvine AI (Local Labs LLC).

Important: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
